You release and hold harmless the Company, Community Leaders, and Members who submit reports from any claims, damages, or liability arising out of:

- Community decisions based on such reports
- Platform use and functionality

### 2.2 Defamation Waiver
You waive any current or future claims of:
- Defamation
- Interference with business relationships
- Reputational harm
- Emotional distress
- To the fullest extent permitted by law
